Michael Spiteri – Director/Registered Building Practitioner
Michael has over 20 years’ experience in the building industry, including more than 15 years as a Registered Building Practitioner. He is genuinely driven by providing not only a beautiful home, but also a positive building experience for clients. Michael’s long-term career in construction and business management has been instrumental in establishing a strong team and successful business, and he attributes the success of Belcoast Homes to the dedication of his ever-growing team.
Judd Smith, Operations Manager
Meet Judd (aka Juddy). Judd is the point of call for project documentation throughout the pre-construction and construction phase of your build. Judd has 11 years experience in the industry and a Diploma of Building & Construction. He is dedicated and is always precise in his work and is driven by ensuring our clients are happy.
In his spare time Juddy enjoys camping, hiking and fishing.
Matthew Stewart, Senior Construction Supervisor
Matthew’s experience in the building industry spans almost 10 years, working across a variety of management roles. His background in management has provided Mathew with outstanding organisation and communication skills, ensuring the needs of our clients and subcontractors are well taken care of at all times.
When he is not working, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, going camping and surfing.
Michael O’Donnell
Geelong born and raised, Michael has 27 years experience in the construction industry. He began his career as an apprentice carpenter, moved onto estimating, and is currently a Site Supervisor with Belcoast Homes. We are so proud of all the positive feedback we receive from our clients in their dealings with Michael. He is a great communicator, project manager, and an overall really nice person. In his spare time Michael loves to spend time with his wife and children, watch a great movie and enjoy a game of tenpin bowling.
Lydia Cappadona
Lydia joined Belcoast Homes after 20 years in the WorkCover Industry. Her passion for project management, building architecture, and interiors lead to a complete career change. Lydia’s personalised approach to communicating with clients is highly regarded. Assisting client’s to make decisions on finishes, Lydia will ensure you are happy with the look and feel of your home.
Nicholas Smart
Nicholas is our Project Manager, managing his time on pre-construction, construction and post construction stages. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Construction Management, combining strong technical knowledge with practical, hands on experience. Nicholas brings a detail orientated and collaborative approach to each project, ensuring clear communication, efficient coordination, and high quality outcomes for our clients.
Nicholas’ love of his hometown in Tasmania and his passion for sailing has seen him compete in the Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race multiple times. Nicholas was the youngest Navigator in the race’s history, an accomplishment that reflects his precision, leadership, and ability to perform under pressure.
