Michael Spiteri – Director/Registered Building Practitioner
Michael has over 20 years’ experience in the building industry, including more than 11 years as a Registered Building Practitioner. He is genuinely driven by providing not only a beautiful home, but also a positive building experience for clients. Michael’s long-term career in construction and business management has been instrumental in establishing a strong team and successful business, and he attributes the success of Belcoast Homes to the dedication of his ever-growing team.
Judd Smith, Operations Manager
Meet Judd (aka Juddy). Judd is the point of call for project documentation throughout the pre-construction and construction phase of your build. Judd has seven years’ experience in the industry and a Diploma of Building & Construction. He is dedicated and is always precise in his work and is driven by ensuring our clients are happy.
In his spare time Juddy enjoys camping, hiking and fishing.
Matthew Stewart, Senior Construction Supervisor
Matthew’s experience in the building industry spans almost 10 years, working across a variety of management roles. His background in management has provided Mathew with outstanding organisation and communication skills, ensuring the needs of our clients and subcontractors are well taken care of at all times.
When he is not working, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, going camping and surfing.
Jessica Frattin, Colour Consultant
Jessica is our colour expert who will help you achieve the look you want for your space. With a background in interior design, Jessica can guide you through those often hard to make decisions, from selecting paint colours and flooring options, to kitchen benches and grout colours. Jessica takes great care in her design choices and works with our clients to achieve a home which reflects their personal style and lifestyle needs.
Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time with family and friends.
