1. Preliminary Design
At Belcoast Homes, we build spaces that reflect your unique lifestyle. Through our one-on-one service, we guide you through the design process and ensure that every detail of your new home matches your vision. We can turn your concept ideas into architectural drawings, or work with your existing plans to deliver you the best possible outcome. No matter what stage your custom home is at, we are here to help. All Belcoast Homes projects incorporate our standard inclusions, made up of carefully selected, quality Australian made appliances and fixtures. Of course, every detail is fully customisable, ensuring inclusions can be amended as your project takes shape.
2. Working Drawings
This is where the real fun begins. After council approval has been obtained, working drawings will be prepared in preparation for obtaining a building permit. With a clear understanding of your priorities, our dedicated staff will work with you to select your finishes, including any upgrades. You are encouraged to bring along any inspirational images to help guide your selections.
3. Building Permit
When your contract, working drawings and colour selections have been approved, our Project Co-ordinator will prepare for site start, including the building permit application. We organise soil tests, property information certificates, energy ratings, structural and civil engineering and all other required documentation. At all times our Project Co-ordinator will keep you informed on the progress.
4. Construction Management
The Belcoast Homes Build Quality Processes sets the standard for our construction team to build every home as if it was their own. We are driven by our passion to deliver a quality build and we pride ourselves on our high-level attention to detail. We employ highly-skilled tradespeople and ensure the standard of workmanship is maintained throughout the entire process. Clients are kept up to date on the progress of their build with regular site visits and ongoing communication.
