Helms Eight Unit Development

This eight townhouse development in Newcomb consisted of six single storey dwellings and two double storey dwellings. A common driveway provides access to each dwelling’s garage. The clients brief was to build practical and neutral spaces that would appeal to a wide audience. Most of these homes were sold prior to construction completion.
