Once council request for information has been granted (approval generally granted within 2 to 4 weeks. No Planning Permit is required!), we move forward with gathering the required specialist documentation to obtain your Building Permit. At this stage, our colour and materials specialist will collaborate with you to curate the perfect selection of finishes, materials, and any desired upgrades.
